Governance & AI Policy

CORPORATE POLICY // AI USAGE // COPYRIGHT POSITION

This page summarizes Ghost Citadel’s public governance position: how we use AI, how we approach intellectual property, and how rights concerns should be raised.

Firm standards. Human accountability.

Ghost Citadel uses modern tools, including AI systems, but does not treat automation as a substitute for responsibility. Human direction, review, selection, editing, and integration remain central to what we ship.

Corporate Standards

Lawful Operation

We expect directors, contributors, contractors, and business partners to operate within applicable law and to respect confidentiality, intellectual property, data protection, and professional conduct obligations.

Clear Accountability

We build with external tools and third-party platforms, but responsibility for what Ghost Citadel publishes remains with Ghost Citadel. Tools assist; they do not replace ownership.

AI-Assisted Development

Assisted, Not Outsourced

AI systems support research, drafting, coding, testing, ideation, and review. Final selection, integration, and product decisions remain human-led.

Multiple Providers

We may use tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, DeepSeek, Grok, local models, and other systems when appropriate, subject to their relevant terms and our internal review.

No Blind Shipping

AI-generated suggestions are treated as inputs, not authority. Code, copy, visuals, and analysis must be reviewed before use.

Platform & Data Position

Publisher, Not Open Host

Ghost Citadel publishes its own games, datasets, pages, code, and product materials. We do not operate this site as a public hosting platform for arbitrary third-party content.

Data Boundaries

For analytics and engineering work, customer data should remain governed by the relevant contract, deployment model, and technical safeguards. Observatory is designed around customer-controlled infrastructure.

Concerns & Resolution

Contact First

If you believe a Ghost Citadel asset, page, product, or code sample raises a rights concern, contact us with the specific URL, product, file, image, or passage at issue and enough information for us to investigate.

We prefer practical resolution over escalation. We also reserve our rights where notices are knowingly false, abusive, or submitted in bad faith.
